  1. How does “Payment in advance” work?

    For "Payment in advance" we will send you a PDF proforma invoice by email after receiving your order. After receipt of the total amount, we will ship the ordered items.

  2. How does “Buying on Account” work?

    For "Buying on account" we will send you a PDF invoice on the day of shipment that you can pay at the agreed terms of payment.

    (Subject to coverage by a recognized credit insurer.)

  3. Is a credit check conducted?

    At the moment a credit check is only carried out in the case of buying on account, however we reserve the right to exclude customers from online purchasing if they have become conspicuous in the context of attempted fraud.

  4. Can I redeem a voucher?

    Vouchers (voucher codes) can be redeemed easily in your shopping cart.
    The amount will then be credited to you automatically.
